Tenatry is small enough that the people who wrote it answer the mail. There is no contact form here on purpose — a form can silently swallow what you wrote, and an email address cannot.
A figure that looks wrong
Send it straight here, with the tenant and the period. A balance that disagrees between your dashboard and a tenant’s portal is treated as a defect, not a support query.

Anything that crosses an account boundary, or lets one login act as another. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing.

What helps. The account name, the tenant or property involved, what you expected
to see and what you saw instead. If it is about a figure, the period it belongs to — a balance is
made of periods, and the wrong one is usually a specific month rather than the total.
